Introduction

The following document is a summary of how STICSLAB in accordance with the general data protection regulation (GDPR) processes your personal data. STICSLAB does not collect more information than is necessary in the process of completing your order. STICSLAB does not resell your information to third parties without a legal basis, or use the information for anything other than that for which you have given consent. In handling personal data, STICSLAB protects your personal privacy.
Personal Information 
Personal data is all information concerning an identified or identifiable living individual.
What information does STICSLAB store? 
With a purchase, STICSLAB stores your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP-address and purchase history. This information is stored for the purpose of handling your order and / or answering questions related to your order, for example through customer service. STICSLAB does not store / process your data for longer than what is necessary and with a legal basis for how long the data may be stored.

Consent

In order to complete the agreement upon purchase, STICSLAB collects necessary personal information such as first and last name, address, e-mail, telephone number and payment information. Campaign and marketing mailings or the like are only sent out with consent. Consent is given upon approval of purchase.


Third party

In order to be able to fulfill the terms of the agreement upon purchase, STICSLAB shares the necessary information with our payment supplier. Necessary information for completion is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The information is saved in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.


In order to be able to fulfill contract terms that apply to the delivery of the ordered product, STICSLAB must share the necessary information with the shipping company. The information that is considered necessary for the shipping companies' commitments is first name, last name, and to which address the delivery is to be made. For e-mail or mobile notification it is required that STICSLAB provides information such as e-mail address and / or telephone number.

When approving a subscription to STICSLAB's newsletter, first name, last name and e-mail address are shared with our newsletter providers. Approval of the subscription to the newsletter takes place upon purchase and / or through a form offered on STICSLAB's website.

Upon return request, information is shared with STICSLAB's customer management system. Information that is shared is first name, last name, address, e-mail address, telephone and payment information.

Your rights
Upon request, STICSLAB shall provide an electronic extract in readable format of all information available to STICSLAB about the requesting party.

Upon request, STICSLAB shall correct, update and / or supplement incorrect information available to STICSLAB about the requesting party.

Upon request, STICSLAB shall delete all information available from STICSLAB about the requesting party. Exceptional cases in which information is required to fulfill a legal obligation may result in deletion being canceled or postponed.

Upon request, STICSLAB shall stop all marketing mailings, campaign mailings and / or similar communication channels made to the requesting party.

We're glad you've shared your content with us via Sticslab related hashtags. In a request sent to you, we have wanted to use the content you have shared for marketing purposes in our social channels, paid ads and add the images to our directory. By responding with the hashtag #Sticslab to our request, you agree to Sticslab’s terms and conditions for user generated content.

You certify to STICSLAB, company registration number 556962-1260 (hereinafter referred to as Sticslab) that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and have full right, power, and authority to give the approval and grant the rights hereunder.  

You grant Sticslab, a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your video(s), photograph(s) and/or other content posted on social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube or blogs and websites – and to display the material on Sticslab´s social channels and/or on Sticslab.com galleries/flows, which are generated by the software Flowbox. 

Together with your content, hereinafter referred to as “Content”, you allow Sticslab and Flowbox to fetch the online material, your social media handle, profile picture, caption, amount of likes and comments, date of posting and location, and any other information that may have been included in the content, and in relation to which you have responded #Sticslab. Any credits or other acknowledgment or missing information of you shall be determined at Sticslab's sole discretion and is subjected to the technical possibilities of the platforms' API and software used.

Moreover, you represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the photos in accordance to the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and that Sticslab’s use of the Content will not violate any rights of a third party or any law.

Sticslab cannot guarantee that we will be using your content. Sticslab is under no obligation to use any content submitted by you. 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions by responding to our request with #Sticslab you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of these terms and conditions. 

Cookies
